What I do

I help companies develop technically challenging products, from early ideas and concepts to detailed engineering, prototypes, testing and preparation for production.

As a freelance mechanical engineer specialised in product development, I can take on individual development projects or work together with existing development teams. Depending on the project, my work can include concept development, mechanical design and engineering, prototyping, testing, DFM/DFA and support towards industrialisation and mass production.

I graduated cum laude in both Industrial Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). This allows me to approach technical challenges from both a creative and engineering perspective, while keeping functionality, manufacturability and product design connected throughout the development process.

My experience spans consumer products, medical devices, automotive and industrial applications, including mechanical systems, mechanisms, plastics, metal parts and mechatronic products.
