For the production of a new product, some parts must be heated for a certain period of time. This required a safe, reliable and high-quality solution.

As an interim Product Engineer I was responsible for the development of a first proof of principle up to a machine that could be tested at the production location. I determined the functions, the working mechanism, the construction, the pneumatic control scheme and the material and part selection. After this, we built and tested the machine to ensure a safe, reliable and high-qualitative solution.
